Payroll Specialist
This is a permanent role which will allow the successful applicant to join an exciting and well-established business in Cork.
Job Responsibilities:
* Ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
* Process payroll administration and payroll processing tasks.
* Experience with ROI and UK payroll and pensions regulations.
* Maintain knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
* Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.
* Handle confidential information with integrity.
* Develop excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Manage timesheets from the Clock-in system for all stores.
* Calculate commission on a monthly basis, including public holiday commission and holiday commission.
* Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications:
* Hold IPASS qualification.
* Irish and UK Payroll experience is necessary.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll administration.
* Demonstrate strong Excel skills.
The salary for this role is estimated to be £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
