Corporate Information Services Administrator
We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Administrator to join our team in Dublin 1. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and be interested in furthering their career and gaining experience in administration.
About the Role
The successful candidate will support senior members of the team in responding to transparency legislation requests and general queries, assist with data sharing and governance requirements, and provide administrative assistance regarding accessibility and disability legislation.
The role will also involve processing purchase orders and invoices, undertaking records management and archiving, and managing the contracts register.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting senior members of the team in responding to transparency legislation requests and general queries
* Assisting with data sharing and governance requirements
* Providing administrative assistance regarding accessibility and disability legislation
* Processing purchase orders and invoices
* Undertaking records management and archiving
* Managing the contracts register
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar administrative role
* Third level qualification of at least level 8 on the National Qualifications Framework
* Experience working in a public sector body would be beneficial
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
