The Assistant Board Secretary/Co Sec role is a key position within the Land Development Agency (LDA), a forward-thinking and progressive semi-state organisation.
The LDA plays a vital role in maximising the supply of social and affordable homes, thereby having a significant social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic support to the Board on governance and legal compliance matters.
* Ensure statutory obligations of LDA group companies are met.
* Coordinate the preparation of agendas, minutes, and preparatory papers for the Board and Committees.
* Draft and prepare minutes and resolutions required by company law.
* Coordinate statutory and regulatory filings, annual returns, and accounts with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
* Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and shareholders.
This is a permanent role that requires exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
