About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to work on all sections of our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef during service hours.
* Help maintain kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
* Prepare dishes to order.
* Cook food to order.
* Train junior chefs.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of chef experience.
* Experience or training in kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
* Professional cookery experience.
Working Conditions:
Full-time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Salary: €30,000 per annum.
