Job Title: Health & Safety Officer/Advisor
Join a leading Civils Main Contractor with an extensive pipeline of work in the Greater Dublin area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the H&S Manager during audits/inspections of company workplaces.
* Assist with incident investigations.
* Attend Start Up meetings with company site teams, alongside senior staff members.
* Represent the company at Client and supply chain meetings as required.
* Stay up to date with relevant legislation and its interpretations.
* Contribute to on-site training sessions, including inductions, toolbox talks, and lunchtime seminars.
Requirements:
* Experience or exposure to construction activities.
* Basic communication and presentation skills.
* Punctuality.
* Organisational and methodical approach.
* Inquisitive nature.
* NEBSOH Construction Certificate or equivalent (in progress).
* Local PD / CDM & PSDP / PSCS training.
* SMSTS / IOSH MSIC qualifications.
