Field Service Coordinator - Solar Projects/Heatpump Projects/Power Solutions - Dublin
My client is an energy company, founded by an experienced management team with proven entrepreneurial, commercial, and technical success where they develop, design, construct, operate, fund, and maintain multi-technology assets to enable an acceleration toward zero carbon for energy users.
Due to continued and sustained growth, we require an experienced Field Service Coordinator to support the delivery of services to their customers and ensure the smooth coordination of various functions, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, installations, and after-sales support projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure client service level agreements are met and resources are adequately allocated.
2. Organise day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance schedules.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, executing plans to achieve agreed outcomes.
4. Manage spare and critical stock levels to ensure we can react to issues quickly and effectively.
5. Manage and develop field service software to ensure it meets the needs of the business unit as more SLAs are brought online.
6. Manage direct and subcontracted labour.
7. Communicate issues with key suppliers and the internal engineering department to facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
8. Play a key role in winning new service level agreements and other services across solar farm and large-scale heat pump projects.
9. Generate status reports and communicate them to the business unit leader.
Requirements:
1. Full Clean Driving License.
2. 3+ years of experience in field service coordination.
3. Third-level qualification in construction management or engineering, or extensive field service and maintenance experience.
4. Experience with large electrical and/or mechanical systems.
5. Strong budget management skills.
6. Strong delegation and organizational skills.
7. Knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
8. IT proficiency with the ability to generate detailed site reports.
9. Ability to drive projects and work within strict deadlines.
10. In-depth understanding of health and safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
