Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience AdvocateMay carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absence of store managementMay supervise store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on activities, in the absence of store managementMay represent management in resolving customer service issuesResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation:
Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GEDPreferred: AS Degree or HigherExperience:
Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in a related positionSpecial Conditions of Employment:
Drug testInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringAny and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific positionCompensation$16.00-$17.36 per hour.
