Job Description:
This organisation is on the pathway to growth. With big plans for the future, they are looking to develop their team and need additional service administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for customers, helping with their enquiries.
* Management of service schedules
* Database management
* Booking of PSV appointments
* Creating maintenance quotes
* Liaising with the workshop for job planning
* Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
* Ad hoc administration duties
Requirements:
* GCSE level education, including English and Maths
* Prior administration experience
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
* Excellent communication skills
* Full driving licence
* Relevant service reception experience or experience within a franchised car/heavy vehicle dealership (desirable)
