Responsibilities:
* Manage office procedures for efficient business administration.
* Sourcing products such as PPE, Vehicle maintenance and processing purchase orders.
* Maintain accurate records of company assets, ensuring regular management and servicing.
* Manage databases of suppliers, customers, leads, and products effectively.
* Ensure contract-related paperwork is supplied to the office daily for accurate weekly reports.
* Provide high levels of administrative support.
* Manage travel arrangements including flights, hotel bookings, and car hire.
* Ensure timely and pleasant customer communications.
Requirements:
* 5 years plus office administration experience.
* Experience in MS Office.
* Excellent numeracy skills and strong experience using Excel and Word.
* Must have excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience in a construction-related business is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
