Health and Safety Advisor
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health and Safety Advisor to ensure our workplace complies with all health and safety regulations.
* Review regular risk assessments and safety audits
* Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices
* Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training
* Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organisation
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
