Dromoland Castle Resort are currently recruiting for a Part Time Maintenance Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Maintenance team.
Overview of the Role: Setting up spreadsheet for recording electrical, gas, water reports, metering etc.
Logging and keying data on all planned and preventative maintenance programs.
Administration of SOPs for the Maintenance Department and review on an annual basis.
Management of SnapFix (communication software for facilities in hospitality).
Logging data for areas that are not recorded on Snapfix e.g.
outside contractors.
The management of a paperless system in all aspects of the role.
Administration of all contracts awarded for both preventative and planned maintenance.
Arrange and minuting of relevant meetings Logging of stock for each area.
Linking with key personnel e.g.
Front Office advising on room availability to carry out maintenance etc.
Assist with the administration of all annual facilities inspections.
The Ideal Candidate: At least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in administration.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent knowledge of Systems and Procedures.
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment Good team spirit, multi-tasking, co-operative with good communication and interpersonal skills.
