Head of Front Office Application Support
This is a hybrid working role with 2 days a week in-office for a global investment business based in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
* Direct line management of the Front Office and Client Service Support team (c15 people)
* Providing technical support on in-house front office systems used for internal and external investments and trading
* Overseeing full cycle production issues from initial contact through to resolution, including root-cause analysis
* Collaborating with development teams on complex issues and system enhancement
* Analyzing business requirements to advise on the best use of applications and systems
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience within the Investment / Asset Management industry, essential
* Commercial experience in Investment / Asset Management industry including experience with Front Office applications
* Line management experience of technical teams (10-20 people)
* Previous customer-facing technical support experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience with Jira and Confluence (desirable)
