Job Title: Supervisor
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven supervisor to join our team in our store.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the running of the busy sales floor, motivating the team of sales assistants to drive sales and excel in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hold daily team briefs to share store KPIs and motivate the team to beat targets
* Perform store walks to understand commerciality and visual merchandising
* Monitor store sales figures and handle serious complaints escalated from customers
* Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills
* Act as key holder for the store and ensure opening/closure procedures are actioned
* Assist with administrative duties including recruitment and disciplinary hearings
