Key Responsibilities
1. Review and upsell existing customer benefit packages
2. Work towards meeting sales targets and KPIs
3. Set up appointments for the Financial Advisors on your team
Our Career Path program will guide you through these initial duties and responsibilities. During the first year of your apprenticeship, you will receive 340 hours of training to help you achieve your goal of becoming a top-class Financial Advisor.
About Us
Irish Pensions & Finance, formed in 1993, has over 30,000 clients and more than €1 billion in funds under management. We administer 152 Union sponsored salary deducted AVC schemes, representing roughly 80% of our business book.
We have a diverse team of 96 employees, mostly based in our offices in Dublin 15, but covering the entire country through remote transactions.
Requirements
To succeed in this consultative sales-focused position, you must have:
* One year of sales experience
* A track record of consistently hitting and exceeding KPIs
* The ability to make calls, listen to clients, build solutions, and work towards KPIs and targets

Package and Benefits
You can expect a competitive package with opportunities for growth:
* Year 1: €60k OTE (Basic, Bonus, Commission)
* Year 2: €75k OTE (Basic, Bonus, Commission plus expenses)
* Year 3: €90k OTE (Basic, Bonus, Commission plus expenses)
* Year 4 + (Senior Financial Planner): €120k
In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus if you have an APA or QFA designation. You will also be included in our Company Pension Scheme and Company Life Cover Scheme after one year.
We offer an Education bursary of up to €6,000 to support your qualification as a Financial Planner (QFA & CFP exams).
This role is hybrid-based, with a split between office and home time. Full-time attendance in the office is required for the first 4-5 weeks for training and induction purposes.
