Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store accounts and reconcile sales transactions to bank records
- Prepare and post weekly sales journals
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in sales transactions
- Liaise with store managers regarding queries
- Process weekly bank reconciliations and store petty cash
- Support other finance team members as needed
- Prepare CSO and Revenue reports as required
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar accounts receivable role within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with BrightPay, TimePoint, or Xero is an advantage)
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high volume of paperwork
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
