Job Summary
We're seeking a Marketing Director to drive our growth by focusing on demand generation and product marketing, building a robust inbound machine in close collaboration with our sales and product teams.
Responsibilities
* Website Management: Oversee our website, ensuring it's optimized for SEO and CRO to attract high-quality leads.
* Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including nurture workflows, promotional campaigns, and more.
* Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to equip them with necessary resources to convert leads into deals and revenue.
* Content Creation: Produce high-quality content such as sales decks, whitepapers, lead magnets, and social posts that engage our target audience and support the sales funnel.
* Paid Advertising: Own paid ad spend, creating effective copywriting, analyzing results, and optimizing campaigns.
* Marketing Operations and Automation: Utilize tools like HubSpot and Apollo to maintain a clean CRM, support lead scoring efforts, and implement workflows and target accounts functionalities.
You Are:

You Need:
* Experience in B2B marketing.
* HR tech experience is a plus but not essential.
* Familiarity with tools we use or similar ones, including WordPress, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, Miro, Google Workspace, Figma, Loom, Apollo, Cognism.
What You'll Receive:
* Competitive base compensation between €60,000 and €70,000 + performance-based bonus.
