Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Administrator to join our innovative team, specialising in delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop new business through virtual communication and relationship management.
* Achieve sales targets by focusing on turnover, profitable growth, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for designated accounts.
* Create and execute tailored account plans for OEMs and other chain customers.
* Identify industry-specific trends and opportunities to enhance market development and convert leads into business.
* Design and implement efficient processes, tools, and campaigns to improve overall sales performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
* Basic product knowledge and application understanding within the industry; prior experience is preferable.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a proactive approach.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
* Highly organised and goal-oriented, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) with strong negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
