Service Desk Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Administrator to join our growing team in Cork City.
About the Role
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
Ensure all maintenance and repairs are logged and booked in efficiently.
Manage a busy email inbox and answer phone calls from clients and engineers to ensure maximum efficiency of projects.
Complete reports for projects and liaise with the Accounts department regarding invoicing.
Work closely with other members of the team and management.
Requirements
* Prior experience working in a similar role is necessary for success in this position.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
* Able to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
