I am delighted to be recruiting for an urgently needed clerical officer position based in the southside of Cork. This opportunity is a 1 month temporary position.
This is an opportunity for someone who has experience in an administration position, with an interest in dealing with figures and numbers. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will have experience working with figures and numeracy as well as having previously worked using Excel in an office setting.
Salary: €14.57 per hour
Location: 10 minutes from Cork City Centre
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities include:
* Liaising with internal staff and liaison officers with queries such as annual leave and Garda vetting applications
* Managing a busy email inbox
* Uploading of documents to the database
* Overseeing team expenses and payments on internal systems
* Overseeing team calendars and schedules
* Assisting HR with processing of forms relating to new and existing staff
* Ordering of necessary items for internal departments i.e. medical products, office products
* Compiling data on an ongoing basis
* Pulling monthly metric reports and updating various Excel sheets
* Assisting with invoicing across the team
Who will this position suit?
* Previous administration experience essential - Previous exposure to sales, figures, incoming and outgoing finances, sales reporting
* Previous experience working with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and similar IT software is essential
* Someone with excellent verbal and written etiquette
* An organised & detailed oriented person
* Someone who can demonstrate experience in a busy administrative role working on a broad range of tasks
* Someone who is available to start effective immediately
