Permanent full time contracts (35 per week) - various positions within Patient Administration
(opening hours 8-8 Monday to Sunday)
Applications are invited for the Permanent position of Administration Assistant Grade IV in
St. Vincent's Private Hospital.
Essential Criteria
* Administration and Secretarial experience in a healthcare setting
* Knowledge of scheduling radiology appointments
* Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
* Ability to understand and process complex patient information ensuring accurate attention to detail.
* Have strong patient focus and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Ability to build and monitor service in conjunction with clinical colleagues
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria
* Good IT skills
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Have a third level qualification of at least degree standard or have satisfactory experience at the appropriate level
