Office Manager/Accounts Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to fill the role of Office Manager/Accounts Assistant for our Dublin office.
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, a face-paced environment, and the ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
The Role:
* Ensure the smooth operations of the Dublin office, liaising with the Athlone and UK office managers.
* Assist with the collection of debts from company debtors.
* Allocate customer payments.
* Respond to customer inquiries.
* Manage the phone system.
* Manage travel arrangements.
* Provide front-of-house service to clients, suppliers, and guests.
* Liaise with estate managers and suppliers for facilities management.
* Monitor staff timesheets and onboarding/offboarding.
* Maintain office equipment and call suppliers for repairs or services when necessary.
* Order supplies, goods, and materials efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Manage accounts payable responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in office management or a related field.
* Able to work full-time in an office setting.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
* Able to learn new software systems.
* Native-level fluency in English.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
