Our technology client, in Dublin city centre, has an exciting requirement for a Recruiter to join their EMEA recruitment team for a 6-month contract.
Hybrid work on offer with 2 days in the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of vacancies across EMEA.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREDPartner with company leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements.Influence and advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy.Develop and maintain a strong relevant candidate pipeline.Attract talent through effective sourcing techniques.Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.Manage live roles from initial intake to delivery.Daily use of sourcing tools and ATS.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED3+ years' full lifecycle recruiting experience ideally in a high growth tech environment.In-house recruitment experience required.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
