We are looking for a Technical Service Advisor to join a leading global organisation based in Dublin
In this role, you'll act as the key point of contact for Drivers and Clients, managing service bookings, breakdowns, and vehicle care advice.
You'll liaise with service providers, ensuring the highest level of customer attention and minimising vehicle downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate driver requests to service providers and follow up on progressManage service bookings, breakdowns, and general vehicle queriesMaintain accurate system updates and correspondenceResolve quality issues and escalate when necessaryProvide technical advice to Drivers and ClientsWork towards individual and team targets set by the Line Manager
About You:
Experience in a similar role within a motor dealer, manufacturer, or after-sales environmentMechanical qualification (advantageous but not essential)Excellent communication and decision-making skillsStrong customer service focus with the ability to negotiate solutionsComputer literate with knowledge of Microsoft OfficeTeam player with a positive attitude and drive to deliver resultsIf this role is of interest to you, please contact Sarah Louise Nolan at or
