Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert guidance on personal lines insurance, including home, motor, and commercial vehicle policies.
* Actively oversee and process policy renewals to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
* Support clients with policy updates and changes, maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Resolve client queries and claims promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies at all times.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a personal lines insurance role.
* Professional qualifications such as APA, CIP, or progression toward these certifications.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in insurance platforms and Microsoft Office.
