Albany Beck is a dynamic consulting firm specialising in financial services, partnering with top-tier investment banks and financial institutions. We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale migration project for a leading retail bank, based in Dublin City Centre.
We are seeking candidates with 6 to 15 years of experience in the retail banking sector, ideally within the Loans and Mortgages market, who have previously worked on large-scale migration or integration projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the client's Business and IT teams, as well as internal development teams and the Mortgage product vendors.
Role Responsibilities
* Participate in High Level Business & Project Review Meetings for mortgage business operations application modernisation projects
* Provide support in stakeholder management and co-ordinate between client and offshore teams during mortgage business application development initiative
* Provide domain support to development teams on core mortgage specific requirements
* Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality and standard
* Interact with business owners, product teams, product vendors, other applications owners, external customers and internal customers to identify requirements and deliver those within stipulated timelines.
* Leverage specialised mortgage business knowledge for requirements gathering and documentation
* Provide content leadership in working with the clients in defining solutions to their business requirements.
* Project Manage delivery of the agreed engagement outcomes for the client.
* Responsible for leading High Level Business & Project Review Meetings
* Work with the delivery / implementation teams to provide domain inputs and to ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solution.
* Interact with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood.
* Translate business requirement document to software requirement specifications.
* Review test strategy & test specifications, assist in functional testing and provide UAT/BAT support
* 6-15 years of Industry experience, with a focus on Loans and Mortgages Domain
* Experience with a Mortgage platform is a distinct advantage
* Should be able to play catalyst role between business and IT
