We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to make a significant impact at Kraft Heinz.
The role is based in Dublin, Ireland, within the Ireland business, where we are proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work.
You will work closely with a high-performing team, collaborating with peers who strive to reach new heights, reporting directly to the Ireland Head of Sales. This position offers extensive exposure to internal senior stakeholders who continually seek opportunities for improvement within our Ireland business unit.
Your primary responsibility will be delivering the commercial P&L of one of our Top 3 customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand your customer and leverage financial concepts by working with internal and external resources to identify sales opportunities through data analysis and intellectual curiosity.
* Develop financial competence and lead internal forecasting and grow customer-specific P&Ls.
* Sell account-specific strategies by working closely with other functional areas to develop, simplify, and sell compelling solutions.
* Interpret data and use creativity to influence retailers' decisions through engaging stories that address their needs.
* Implement commercial plans by moving with speed and agility to deliver solution-focused plans with retailers, engage in project management, and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer relationship management.
* Confidence to sell commercial propositions, together with strong negotiation skills.
* A consistent track record of problem-solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges, and simplifying complex issues.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
* Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
