Base pay range
Location: Dublin

Work hrs: Mon – Fri
Onsite training (circa 2 months) leading to a hybrid model (min one week per month from the office).
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving any issues or complaints.
* Process customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and shipping, to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements:
* Fluent in German and English.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle irate or difficult customers.
* Detail-oriented and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
