As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Consumer Project Manager who can help deliver quality consumer research programs for our clients.
We have a team of over 50 people in Ireland and have an international network of auditors in over 120 countries. With over 20 years of experience within the food, drink, pet food, personal and home-care industries, we are proud to list some of the world's largest FMCG companies as our clients.
How do we do it?
We support our global clients to Improve their Consumers’ Quality Experience across all consumer relevant steps of the supply chain through a combination of the following services:
* Consumer Quality Experience – Through our Qual-X technology, our Consumer Insights Team recruit and engage real consumers all over the world to understand their expectations, experiences, and interaction with our client & competitor products and how this impacts on their purchase intent.
* Retail Trade Sampling - Our vast researcher network in over 120 countries conduct thousands of retail audits every year based on client standards. Using our Qual-X Technology, data from these audits is reported in a variety of ways depending on client needs. Our researchers can also purchase products from any market – either in store or through E-commerce - and ship to our clients for further evaluation or to Eolas laboratories for analytical testing.
* Within our LabSens division, our Analytical, Sensory & Proficiency Services work closely with our clients' Quality and Technical personnel. We are the largest independent provider of Sensory services in Ireland, whilst our Proficiency service is the newest addition to our LabSens division and is experiencing considerable growth.

As we are growing our Consumer Insights offering with our global FMCG clients, we are currently looking to recruit a Junior Project Manager [Consumer Research Division] to support the delivery of our consumer projects from initial project planning through to fieldwork and reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key activities:
* Support the delivery of Consumer projects, our innovative research approach which tracks the quality of consumer experience at each touchpoint of the consumer journey.
* Specific tasks will include:
o Assistance with recruitment & screening of consumers for studies.
o Survey programming & testing.
o Fieldwork management.
o Monitoring of consumer data.
* Support the ongoing growth of the consumer research division by assisting with preparation for projects and execution.
* Help drive the growth potential of the consumer research division.
Candidates must:
* Possess a recent 3rd level degree (preferably with a Business or Social Science focus).
* Have strong IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Have a high level of attention to detail.
* Have excellent organisational skills working with an ability to prioritise within tight deadlines.
* Be a motivated self-starter, capable of working on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Have superior problem-solving skills.
* Possess an ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
* Some experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
The role is based in our office in Little Island, Cork with flexibility for hybrid remote working.
