We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior hospitality executive with multi-site experience to lead this top hospitality company as Managing Director .
Key aspects of this role include:
Lead the senior management team based in head office, overseeing operations, finance and HR depts.
Conduct regular and frequent site visits to ensure consistency of standards across the group.
Deep engagement with / Coaching of the large management team (both on site and HQ).Drive revenue growth across the group.
Oversee group expansion plans.
The ideal candidate:
Minimum of 10 years' experience within hospitality management with at least five years' at a senior level, ie Managing Director, Group Director, Area General Manager etcDeep knowledge of the F&B industry in general and the Dublin scene in particularHighly disciplined and organised individual capable of rigorous diary managementProven track record of leading properties to meet/exceedsales & revenue targetsExcellent leadership ability with proven track record in building high-performing, dedicated teamsStrong financial and commercial acumen with innovative mindset and keen eye for opportunityTo find out more on this pivotal role, get in touch with us today
