Excel Recruitment is seeking a Payroll & Accounts Assistant to join a well-established company based in Dublin 12.
This position offers a great opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of payroll processing while supporting the wider account's function.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and process payroll for 300+ employees Manage payroll-related bank payments and reconciliations Ensure compliance with Revenue and handle payroll-related CSO returns Maintain payroll-related accounts, including pension contributions, BIK, etc.
Respond to payroll and accounts queries efficiently and confidentially Process multiple company bank reconciliations and creditor reconciliations Assist with monthly management accounts and support month-end reporting Provide general financial and administrative support as needed Requirements 3+ years of experience in a payroll/account's role IPASS qualification (essential)
Experience with Sage Payroll and SAP (highly desirable) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel A detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities In return Salary:
