Project Manager (Fit Out)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-value commercial fit-out projects in Dublin City.
The Role:
* Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
* Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
* Report to the Contracts Manager.
* Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.
* Manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops, and plan actions.
* Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators.
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management or similar.
* A minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial fit out industry.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules.
* Flexible to travel across a range of projects.
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
* Clean Drivers License.
