Job Title: Architect (Job-Runner)
Hays are delighted to be working in collaboration with a Belfast Studio in their search for an experienced Architect.
Due to growth and a range of high-profile local projects, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of Belfast's most established architectural practices. This practice has been in business for over 50 years, covering all sectors of the built environment.

Your New Role
You'll be a qualified Architect, ideally with at least 3-4 years' post qualification experience within an architectural practice.
It is expected that you will be competent in carrying out the full range of professional services and have working knowledge of NI/UK building regulations.
You'll be proficient in Revit and Auto CAD.
What You'll Need to Succeed
You will join a team of 12 technical and support staff with a range of experience.
Currently, they are working on a number of large-scale prospective schemes as well as exciting leisure, residential, and office projects within NI.

The practice will offer you a clear progression path to Associate.
They will offer a salary within £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and also free on-site parking.
