We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Quality Manager to join our Team.
This is a full-time permanent role that will be predominantly based in Denmark. Key Responsibilities Assisting in the development and implementation of quality standards for mechanical projects. Establish and enforce quality assurance policies, processes, and procedures for mechanical systems. Develop Reviewing mechanical project scope of works and leading the preparation of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) Liaising with mechanical subcontractors to co-ordinate their QA/QC activities and review ITPs Assisting the Quality Department in developing/maintaining a suite of internal QA/QC Checklists Completing QA/QC Checklists on site through the chosen project digital platform Ensuring that all project test and inspection activities are completed as per ITP Being a point of contact for Main Contractor/Client Teams on Mechanical QA/QC matters Conducting Quality Audits on site Investigating non-conformances and completing Root Cause Analysis Preparing project QA/QC reports for projects Ensuring that sites are set up in a manner that ensures the delivery of a quality project Supervise a team of QA Engineers, inspectors and testing specialists. Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to address quality concerns. Skills & Education Required At least 3 years' experience in a similar role. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. Previous experience with audit procedures, compliance regulations, and risk assessment. Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ASME codes. Exceptional time management skills, for both prioritising workload and meeting strict deadlines.
