A leading firm in the Construction space are seeking a Risk & Compliance Director to join their firm on a permanent contract based in Dublin. In this role, you will ensure legal and regulatory matters and requirements are met and daily operations within compliance run efficiently. Key Responsibilities include:Engage with key stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures are implementedDevelop a strategic risk review cycle for the businessEnsure full compliance with relevant regulations and laws within the construction spaceManage the insurance portfolio for the firm and develop bonding processesSupport internal audit reviews and investigationsRequirementsKey Requirements include: At least 8 years' experience in Compliance/Risk within the Construction or similar industryExperience managing commercial contracts, risk mitigation and insuranceKnowledge of license agreements and the preparation of themStrong stakeholder management experienceStrong organizational competency*Travel within Europe may be required at times within this role*BenefitsStrong benefits and package included.
