Job Title: Legal Personal Assistant
We are recruiting for a Legal Personal Assistant to support our directors in a dynamic law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support two directors with day-to-day requirements, including diary management, travel coordination, and email administration.
* Oversee events coordination, general administration, billing of hours, and expense logging.
* Act as a gatekeeper to the directors, managing phone calls and emails where necessary.
Requirements:
* Experience in a legal personal assistant role, preferably within a large firm.
* Ideal proven experience in a fast-paced role with a highly dynamic environment.
* Keen sense of organization and communication, with strong stakeholder management skills.
