The Facilities Department is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of our properties, assets, and merchandising equipment to ensure that they are maintained to the highest standard, providing an optimal environment for our customers and colleagues.
What you'll do
* Key user for IMS - Facility management systems
* Provide training on FM systems to other colleagues
* Management of administration within the department, compiling presentations
* Compliance of processes - procedure guidelines updates and ARIS key user
* Line management responsibilities managing the services centre and reception team
* Work collaboratively with stakeholder departments to deliver services and solutions
* Flexible and adaptable to respond to reasonable ad-hoc tasks as required
What you'll need
* Excellent administration, organisational, analytical skills and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple projects and tasks to strict deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
* Highly motivated, flexible and results driven, dynamic, decisive with the ability to react to changing situations and execute quickly on their own initiative
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Written & Spoken German is an advantage
* Driver’s licence is essential

* €49,500 rising to €63,000 after 3 years
