What is the role and company?
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company that has recently merged with a US business. This significant transformation involves merging HFM applications and aligning governance and reporting structures. We are seeking an internal HFM Developer to support these projects and the business-as-usual developments of a multibillion-dollar business. This is a permanent role that can be based in Ireland, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, or other European locations, with occasional travel to Dublin, Ireland to meet the team.
What will I be doing?
1. Application Integration: Support the integration of HFM applications following the recent merger, ensuring seamless alignment of governance and reporting structures.
2. Project Support: Assist in major transformation projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring successful implementation of HFM solutions.
3. Business as Usual: Manage and develop HFM applications to support ongoing business needs and ensure optimal performance.
4. Data Management: Oversee data integration, data management, and reporting within the HFM applications.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HFM solutions.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in HFM and related technologies to continuously improve our service offerings.
What profile will I require?
1. Experience: Proven experience as an HFM Developer, with a strong background in managing and developing HFM applications.
2. Technical Skills: Expertise in HFM application integration, data management, and reporting.
3. Project Management: Ability to support major transformation projects and manage business-as-usual developments.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
7. Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to Dublin, Ireland to meet the team.
