Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Compliance & Risk team in Dublin. Our Recruitment Consultants are experts in their disciplines, working within Financial Services, Accounting & Finance, Office Support, HR, Technology and Projects and Change.
Your Role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
1. Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets
2. Sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking
3. Business development activity targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality calls
4. Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in
5. Preparing candidates and clients for interview
6. Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service
7. Completing all candidate and client information on database system
8. Ensuring all information is kept up to date
Requirements
* 3+ years previous sales or recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
* Strong organisational skills: the role will require the individual to 'multi-task'
* Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
* Professional/self-motivated demeanor and attitude, a team player
* Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum
