When commencing the programme all trainee managers will complete a company management induction where they will learn about the company while having the opportunity to network with new managers in the company.
We support the structured on the job training plan with numerous off site group development days as well as many personal development courses via our LMS.
At the end of the programme, we expect the learners to be ready for a HOD management position in one of our hotels.

Requirements: 1-2 years experience in a busy corporate hotel in F&B or Front Desk Standards Driven; particularly in Food & Beverage.
Strong desire to progress and develop your career in hotels.
Quick learner and a good mutlitasker.
Strong communicator and comfortable in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
