The Role
This is a fully remote contract position, working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and with unique access to our leadership and expert team. As a VB Sales Executive, you will work independently and flexibly to:
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of Verity Barrington's product offering and a robust understanding of how our solutions can support individuals and businesses in healthcare and associated industries.
* Use your existing network and market research to develop a pipeline of new prospects and opportunities for our programs, consulting, and other services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regularly closing high-value sales across our portfolio.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
* Gather valuable insights from our target market and routinely inform the Verity Barrington product strategy with these learnings.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of proven health or life science sales experience (or equivalent valuable experience in healthcare).
* Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, healthcare consulting, innovation, or technology.
* Articulate and polished verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage clients of all levels in a compelling and relatable way.
* Excellent organizational skills, results-driven, and ability to independently manage own workload.
* Solution-focused, with the ability to rapidly understand client requirements and respond appropriately.
* Comfortable with digital and in-person interactions, including the ability to confidently use email, video conferencing, and other core software.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or life sciences is preferred but not essential.
* Strong existing network in healthcare or associated industries.
* Full flexibility to work remotely and independently, according to your own availability and other commitments.
* Generous commission-only compensation structure, with uncapped earning potential.
