Financial Services Sales Support
Supporting the Lead Financial Advisor with regards to the processing of new Life, Pension and Investment business and responsible for administration in relation to the above.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Producing pre-sales documentation for the Financial Advisors.
* Producing quotations for protection and pension products.
* Processing of new business applications with various Life Companies and Providers.
* Responsible for the new business pipeline, following up outstanding items, liaising between Life Companies and Clients etc.
* Regular reporting to Management on the Sales Pipeline.
* Dealing with existing business queries from clients.
* Dealing with clients on a regular basis and building excellent client relationships.
* Ensuring efficient use of the CRM system (Wealthtrack/BIS).
* Responsible for reconciling commission statements from Product Providers.
* Support the Financial Advisor in developing and growing existing business.
* Adhere to company policies including all regulatory, professional, and legal requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
* Knowledge of the Investment and Pensions market.
* 3-5 years industry experience.
* Be highly organised and able to prioritise your day effectively.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Broker Experience (preferable but not essential).
* QFA qualified (or working towards).
