As a Team Lead in the AIML Data Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Annotation Analysts. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the team's operational success, mentoring their career growth, and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily leadership and promote the development of 15-20 Analyst team members.
2. Identify, promote, and implement innovative ideas to meet and exceed performance and quality goals set by leadership.
3. Support employee success by establishing relationships and seeking to understand what motivates individuals.
4. Oversee performance management, ensuring daily, monthly, quarterly operational metrics are met.
5. Effectively execute on management and administrative tasks such as leading staff meetings, conducting regular one-on-ones, hiring, training, and development of employee performance.

Requirements:
1. Experience in a people management capacity in a large or multi-site dynamic environment supervising 15+ frontline employees.
2. Knowledge of data reporting and excellent analytical skills.

1. Knowledge of contact centre management tools, processes, procedures, and performance metrics, and can innovate and improve as needed.
2. Excellent influencing skills and ability to work with key business partners.
3. Prioritises coaching needs and experience in developing employees to achieve optimal results.
4. Able to develop mentoring plans that incorporate observations and key performance trends.
5. Leads a standard for high-quality work by consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals.
6. Strong and effective written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor your message to your audience.
7. Solution oriented leader who demonstrates creativity and curiosity.
8. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and proven ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organisation.
9. Fully Fluent in English.
10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
