The PV Partner Operations Management team is seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Catalog Specialist. This role will work closely with Operations Account Managers to ensure the quality of the catalog meets our high standards and drives an exceptional Customer Viewing Experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Perform various tasks under general supervision related to metadata and content for video catalog quality.
* Check and/or fix metadata, perform quality checks on content, validate image quality, and perform checks on user experience.
* Use software and/or tools for viewing, capturing, and fixing data on a daily basis.
The associate will be required to make judgment-based decisions based on the guidelines provided in the Standard Operating Procedures. They will also need to be able to raise a flag depending on the situation, for example, functionality concerns of the tool.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Native-level proficiency in English
* Proficiency in reading and writing English, with the ability to communicate in real-time via chat
* Sufficient knowledge of computers and software (MS Office, online tools, and related skills)
* Mastery of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot, basic formulas, shortcut keys)
* Basic analytical and logical reasoning skills
* Knowledge of streaming video
* Some knowledge or interest in devices such as Firestick, Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku TV etc.
