This Key Accounts Admin position is a full-time, permanent role located at Greenogue Industrial Estate, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

Job Responsibilities
1. Carry out specific procedures in a timely manner
2. Respond to calls, emails, and messages promptly
3. Handle customer queries by phone and email
4. Achieve high standard call rate
5. Update database and spreadsheet information
6. Collaborate with administrative staff and assist colleagues as needed
7. Attend training courses to develop skills
8. Provide professional customer service
9. Represent the company and uphold business values
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and comply with office standards
Requirements

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
