Your roleWhat We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Financial Controller within our Roomex division. This position falls under our Finance line of business and is located in Dublin. In this role, you will lead and oversee the financial operations of Roomex, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. You will report directly to the CFO and regularly collaborate with Group Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Business Operations teams.What you'll be doing How We WorkAs a Senior Financial Controller, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment with visiting office once a week. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace Dublin office Company-issued equipment Role & ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Leading a team of accountants to produce statutory, quarterly, and monthly financial accounts for Roomex.Managing the team through goal setting, performance review, career development, and succession planning to maximize potential and drive success.Producing accurate and timely monthly financial accounts and reports with in-depth commentary to identify actionable insights that support business growth.Acting as the central finance contact point for financial control matters with the parent company/group.Supervising credit management, collections, and cash management activities while developing SMART targets for debtor days and cash collection.Monitoring company performance by analyzing results, identifying variances, and developing corrective actions.Managing all direct and indirect tax matters and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Overseeing financial systems (notably Netsuite), processes, and controls, driving improvements, integrations, and automation.Preparing Statutory Financial Statements and managing the statutory audit process within agreed timelines.Participating in key business decisions as a member of the finance leadership team.Performing other duties as required within the scope of this role.About YouYou are an experienced Finance Leader with strategic capabilities and strong operational skills.
