Accounts Specialist & Administrator:
I am partnering with a manufacturing company seeking an Accounting Specialist & Administrator. This role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, along with a highly competitive salary package.
Responsibilities:
* Reconcile bank statements, maintain financial records, and update spreadsheets.
* Prepare management reports and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
* Support audits, compliance tasks, and revenue returns processing.
* Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain records.
* Manage customer invoices, track overdue accounts, and process payments.
* Provide office support, manage supplies, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
Requirements:
* Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Cover across company locations in Cork.
