Caseworker Role
As a caseworker with Turas Nua, you will work with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection to our IPNES service. Your role will be to manage a caseload of clients, coordinating internal support specialists and external organisations to provide a personalised, planned support service to each client, helping them gain sustainable employment.
* You will develop and manage robust case management plans for each client, working towards full-time employment.
* You will use industry-leading assessment technology to identify clients' goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
* You will recognise hidden motivations and conflict when assessing clients' job-readiness, addressing these with appropriate support and interventions.
* You will provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including intensive job search support when they are job ready.
* You will identify, structure, and recommend training solutions in consultation with in-house tutors, meeting clients' specific learning and training needs.
* You will fast-track job-ready clients for immediate job interviews brokered by our Employer Services consultants.

* You must be able to build rapport and trust with clients, motivating them to own their journey and achieve change.
* You must be highly self-motivated and able to work in an office and remotely as part of a team.
* You must be able to provide individual support to each client based on their particular needs, requiring a high level of understanding, patience, and empathy.

Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A leaving certificate or equivalent qualification.
* A minimum of three years' experience working in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
* Strong IT skills and experience in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Comfort with remote working technology.
* Excellent administrative skills and fast and accurate data entry skills.
* The ability to build rapport and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals both in person and over the phone.
* Experience in delivering presentations in a group setting or public speaking.
* Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
