Office Manager Role
A dynamic and organized individual is sought to fill the Office Manager position at our Dublin City Centre office. This permanent, on-site role involves providing comprehensive executive support and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer administrative support and manage office supplies and equipment
* Handle mail and correspondence, maintaining organized filing systems
* Act as Personal Assistant to senior management, coordinating calendars, travel arrangements, and reports
* Oversee building maintenance, ensuring safety and environmental standards are met
* Manage security systems, liaising with building management
* Coordinate IT support for smooth technology operations
* Manage relationships with vendors for office-related services
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and support HR tasks
* Process invoices, manage expenses, reconcile accounts, and assist with audits
* Organize company events, meetings, and manage logistics for external guests
* Implement and maintain health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in office management
* Experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant with diary management expertise
* Events planning and coordination skills
