As accommodation assistant / housekeeping assistant, main duties include:
* Professional cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, front of house, and function room areas / Laundry machine operations.
* Communicating our services and facilities to guests as required.
* Dealing with any customer complaints in a professional manner and notifying management of these.
* Ensuring that the guests' needs and requirements are met.
* Observing all health & safety procedures and rules and attending training regarding the same.
* Carrying out any additional duties notified by management concerning accommodation services and general cleaning projects.
Requirements of accommodation / housekeeping assistant:
* Flexibility to work over a 7-day week.
* Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Love of cleanliness.
