Job Summary
We are seeking a sales-focused Retail Marketing Manager to drive foot traffic and sales growth for our stores. This role will focus on developing and executing local marketing strategies, including in-store displays, signage, community engagement, partnerships, and traditional media outreach.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales through marketing initiatives with demonstrable experience of driving footfall through marketing initiatives.
* Increase store performance by leveraging marketing support to enable sales advisors to increase sales and earn excellent commission in a target-driven sales environment.
* Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
* Develop and implement local marketing plans tailored to individual store locations, considering demographics, competitive landscape, and seasonal trends.
* Manage in-store marketing materials, including design, production, and distribution of eye-catching and effective point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional materials.
* Cultivate relationships with complementary businesses, community organizations, and local media to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
* Oversee traditional marketing initiatives, utilizing channels such as print advertising, radio, and direct mail to reach target audiences.
* Collaborate with store teams, including store managers, staff, area managers, and merchandisers to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with store operations and sales.
* Analyse and report on marketing performance, tracking key metrics such as foot traffic, sales conversions, and ROI.
